Quickly and easily pre-stretch panels before bead rolling to eliminate oil canning and warping that commonly happens when adding beads to a panel. With a bead roller and these high quality dies, it's actually easier and more precise than an english wheel and allows a panel to be stretched only where it's needed.
0.75" Inside Diameter
Fits all Eastwood Motorized Bead Rollers (0.75" shaft size)
Fits most brands with standard 0.75" shaft
High Quality CR12 Steel with a hardness of 35 HRC
A bead roller is commonly used to make floor pans, but when the strenghtening beads are added the panels often warp because of the metal being stretched to form the beads. Pre-stretching the sheet metal with an english wheel prior to rolling beads has long been a practice of experienced fabricators who wanted panels to fit properly without oil canning. Now you can do the same high quality work without an english wheel by using these dies with your bead roller.
If you need dies for a manual bead roller, you can see them here.
Safety Information
Always wear appropriate eye and hand protection when working with metal. Keep fingers away from moving parts.

Great ProductExcellent product. Be sure to read the instructions of where the round and flat rollers are places which depends on if you want the rolled bead up or down. In the video they say to just place them one way which is contrary to the written instructions. Far easier and more accurate than using a English Wheel to pre-stretch the metal. A bit harder to use on 16 ga metal but it can be done.
Does this work with your non motorized bead roller?

Shaft sizes are normally different. Manual bead rollers or bead rollers with an add-on drive system typically have 22mm shafts. Motorized bead rollers, such as the Eastwood 24-inch Motorized Bead Roller, generally have 3/4-inch shafts.
