Will this work with the Northern Tool brand “Klutch 220SI” the number stamped on my gun is QTB-80A.

Yes, this is the same mig torch with the 5-pin trigger connector as used on Klutch welders stamped QTB-80A. This is the exact replacement for the mig torch for my Klutch MP230SiDV LCD MIG Welder with Multi-Processes. FYI, the mig spot weld nozzle item #13900 also fits this mig torch (screws on).
