Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap gun in my opinion. Ok to start. The nozzle is flush with the tip. In doing so, the gun has to be cleaned to often. The diffuser is ceramic! I mean really!! The mp250i is built/performs outstanding. Yet they match it up with this mig gun?! Idk someone needs to look into this. As i am thinking of buying a second welder due to the duty cycle and price. However I know eastwood can do better with the mig gun it comes with. Even if it is offering a more "reliable" one at extra cost for those customers who use it for more than just the weekend projects. And last. When you ship these guns I realize your trying to fit it all in said box. However I have had 2 mig guns from you already. Both were rolled up way to small and caused the liners to kink up and prematurely fail. They did send me new liners today free of charge though. Great customer service!. So all in all I think its a good welder. Could be better though eastwood.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No more porcelain. I opened up the tig gun. It has a lower half and an upper half. I took the flexible upper half off of one of my old Mig torches and screwed it onto my 250 Mig welder. It was so easy and the great thing is no more ceramics to break and consumables from anywhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great, but doesn't... Just picked up this 15' torch for my 250. Works great with .030 wire, but won't feed .023 wire without binding up. Running wire lube and cleaners, still no help. The ceramic diffuser stinks, already broke a few just from tapping the torch tip.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This mig gun is a joke Trigger broke when I was in the middle of important and big job. No replacement!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tweco is a better choice. Go with the Tweco weldskill. Don't buy this gun, the porcelain gas diffuser will anger you! Plus you can't get consumables for it without special order.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The ceramic diffuser is horrible in the gun Ceramic diffuser is really bad but if you are looking for a better diffuser go on eBay and look up binzel 24 diffusers and it gives some other options from the ceramic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Who's idea were ceramic diffusers? If I could find another gun that would fit my Eastwood 250 I'd buy it. The ceramic diffusers don't fit at all. There is about 3/32" of play between the ceramic (which was a really bad idea) diffuser and the brass nut. Every other stinger I have ever used has had brass diffusers and they worked fine. I don't know what Binzel was thinking. The gas flow is uneven and the diffuser is fragile.
