Does this torch have to be used with a foot pedal?
This torch can not be used with a foot pedal. It is a manual control for the gas on and off.

Would this torch weld aluminum on the mp250i?
The only way to weld aluminum with the MP250I, is with the optional spool gun. Item #20172

will this tig work on my eastwood m135 mig welder
This torch will only work with MP250i unit.

Will this tig torch hook up to my Lincoln 180 mig welder? If no, do you offer a tig attachment that will work?
Since we do not test with other brands we cannot say for sure. All we can say is the power is supplied via a Dinse 35 connector and the gas line threads directly to a shielding gas flow meter.

Can I use this on any stick welder if I change the connector I have a miller bobcat 250
I believe you can go to your local welding supply house that reps miller and get the proper adaptors we do it at work so we can use our lead for all our machines. Never used Eastwood before always Miller. I have a miller thunderbolt and maxstar 150 at home but just order the Eastwood 175amp mig set up.

This is a non flexible TIG torch that has very easily sourced consumables.
