Works perfectGreat product! Do the prep work as instructed and you'll have no issues... Heads up, I used it to paint my grill and it's not meant for other types of plastic. It is pealing. Not the products fault though... my bumpers and trim look amazing 4 months in so far.

Works well, 'meh' nozzles.The cleaner itself seems to work well. Spray pattern from both of my nozzles was basically a sputtering stream, not a mist.
That is an as used paint prep product. There is no set coverage, depends on the applier or user.

Does this "etch" the surface as well?

No, Eastwood PRE Painting Prep does not etch the surface. It is designed to clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing contaminants such as dirt, wax, polish, grease, silicone, buffing compound, and road tar. However, it does not chemically etch the surface.
