Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work at all. Did not work on multiple spray guns. Wanted this one because it was 1/4" od tubing and it could get into many places (in theory), but didn't work at all. I'll have just stick with my old 3/8" diameter nozzle. Pretty expensive mistake on my part.

Will this tip work with frame paints before undercoating?

This is designed to be used with our Undercoating gun which is designed to apply thicker viscosity coatings like rubberized under coating and not our frame paints.

If i remove the threaded connector, will the tubing secure into the fitting of the Internal Frame Coating nozzle? And is the spray tip of a size that would work with that fluid?

No, this tube is quite larger than the internal frame coat and is an attachment designed to pass thick material like bed liner and rubberized undercoating
