With the Eastwood Professional Cable Tie Gun, one quick squeeze is all it takes to easily fasten and cut cable ties like a pro. Made from an all-metal construction and lightweight aluminum alloy cover, use this durable gun on cable ties up to 1/4" wide. Adjustable tension so that ties aren't crimped too tightly and wires are cut cleanly, leaving no sharp edges.

Industry in the garage
If you have not experienced industry controls, you will have no idea what this is. I like to joke with anyone who enters my garage with what is this tool do. Never use a tie tie without a cable tie gun. It's like putting a bolt somewhere important and not using a torgue wrench. Elevate the game folks.

Good tool.
Bought an identicle one. There OK. Sometimes it doesn't always grab the tie without having to squeeze a few more times. Better than manually pulling tight and it does pull tight.

Absolutely great tool.
This device works great as long as you ensure that you snug it up against the tie. I betting that people who had issue with it cutting cleanly didn't do this. Works far better than any other tool like this that I've purchased. Glad I bought two of them.

Great tool!
I had one of these many years ago when I was a line mechanic and it was so handy. I changed careers and got rid of many tools one of which was my cable tie gun. I regretted that decision and found many times that I needed it. So, after buying 3 or 4 of the cheap tool store variety and tossing them after they failed to do the job, I thought I would take a chance on the Eastwood version. Best decision ever. This tie gun is very well made and works as advertised. I am a happy camper!

Is this Gun able to remove plastic Zip Ties that are on tight?
The Zip Tie gun is not designed for cutting zip ties that have already been installed.

The range is simply low to high. They do not have corresponding tension specs.

It doesn't hold the cable ties, it is only meant to load and tighten/cut 1 at a time
