This durable translucent top coat acts as a colored tint for your base powder or bare substrate. Apply alone as a single stage, over chrome powder to create brilliant deep blue chrome, or over any other metallic or textured base powder for a dramatic candy finish! When applied over a bright white powder, Rally Blue will appear as a bright solid blue.

Okay product, horrible customer service.The product itself is no better than the powder you can get from Harbor Freight. Eastwood just has a ton of colors to choose from. Outside of that, is Eastwood's customer service, which is the worst I have dealt with. They take more than two weeks to respond to any inquiries (I had to send three emails and message them on social media just to get an answer). Unironically, when they do answer your questions, it is not only not helpful, it is a sales pitch. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Is the 20 min @ 400 deg actual part temp right? Other Polyester TGIC translucent PC's from EW show 20 min after flow-out. My sample part with 20 min after flow-out had a candy look but my actual part @ 400 deg sustrate temp for 20 min was not good.

Once your part reaches 400F (must be temped using an infrared thermometer) and your flow out begins then you start your 20 minute countdown.
