do you have to thin the paint to spray if so with what thanks Don

You can spray this with a 1.7mm tip, without needing to thin. However, if thinning is desired we recommend using Xylene.

Can I apply this on galvanized metal like a boat trailer?

Yes, as long as the surface is properly prepped. Please keep in mind that the Plus is not UV stable and will need a top coat if being subjected to sunlight.

After having fun this with the recommended thinner xylene can I top coat it with acrylic urethane paint

We recommend first top coating with an epoxy sealer primer prior to applying an acrylic urethane finish

I have a double frame that I need to treat the inside walls. The only way I can access this area is with a hose or tube. Can this be sprayed using the 19867 gun and the 16328 nozzle?

If applying to an area that you can not access to prep- we really only recommend using the Internal Frame Coating found here: https://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-internal-frame-coating-14oz-aerosol.html Products like the Encapsulator that you are referencing require prep work to adhere properly.

how long dry before top coating and how long before must top coat w/o scuffing/sanding?

This paint can be top coated as soon as 4 hours after applying up until 48 hours (on average). Anytime after (or if exposed to higher humidity levels it can cure quicker) you would need to sand with 320/400 prior to top coating.

Can you spray raptor liner over your encapsulator’s?

Technically we can not guarantee compatibility between our products and products we do not sell. However, I have had several customers do so and have yet to have any negative feedback regarding issues or reactions.
