Eastwood's premium Single-Stage Acrylic Urethane Topcoat provides exceptional long-lasting beauty and durability.

- Makes 1 sprayable gallon when mixed 3:1 with a required activator

- Flake/Pearl Particle size: 10-40 microns
- Max Temperature: Paint will handle up to 300 degrees without delamination, but color shift may occur, so it should not be used in a high heat setting

DOES THIS NEED A CLEAR APPLIED AS A TOP COAT? OR CAN THIS BE THE TOP COAT?
This is Single Stage paint and does NOT need a clear coat. It is optional though to clear single stage if the user prefers added durability.

Can i use this product over old lacquer primer?
Lacquer is NOT a strong enough base. Lacquer finishes are not chemically compatible with urethane paints, and applying urethane directly over lacquer can lead to issues such as lifting, wrinkling, or poor adhesion.

Do you have to use a reducer? Or can you use it without?
Reducer is not required but activator is. However, we do strongly recommend the use of reducer for best flow out.

Can this paint be polished with just a light compound? And how long should I wait between primer and topcoat?
Yes if cautious. Length between primer and this paint all depends on the specific primer applied.

2 Q. Bought two gln cans of Tunnel Ram single stage, which may be too much on an A body. What is the shelf life of unused? 2nd question, I understand this paint is alot like clear coat. Should I lightly buff and if yes when? Thank you
If un opened, un mixed, sealed and stored in a temperature controlled environment we will warranty for 90 days from the purchase date. You should get at least 2/3 years out of it if stored accordingly though. This paint is metallic and should not be sanded until clear is applied over or you will mess up the flake pattern and need to re apply.
