Great toolMade some test cuts on 24 ga. Steel straight out of the box. Followed a circle line easily. Easy to control and makes a nice cut. Wish I had gotten this sooner.

Great Metal ShearsI bought these shears with very low expectations due to the price. I’ve always used the more expensive shears that are 4 times the price, and all I can say is wow. These preformed flawless and cut everything I needed. When the time comes to replace them I will definitely be purchasing these again!

This Eastwood Throatless Shear is designed to cut materials such as 18-gauge mild steel, 16-gauge aluminum, and 22-gauge stainless steel. There is no specific recommendation about its capability to cut carbon fiber material.
