Good but has a disign flaw
Its an excellent electrode holder but it has a design flaw. this flaw is the the cable will rub on the holder creating wear. i burned about 30 electrodes and the wear got pretty bad maybe around 1-.7mm i didn't measure it. i put a piece of plastic around that area and taped it on and that fixed the problem.

Short, but good for the cost.
Pretty much a standard, good unit. Be aware of its length, as you might sometimes wish you had another 4-6', but again, for the price, a good value. The electrode holder allows different degrees of angle for your electrode, has acceptable build quality, and should serve you well for years. Great folks at Eastwood, where I have purchased my second TIG machine, the new one, having Arc welding capability, which makes an electrode holder and essential item. It will serve you well for the cost. Eastwood is great to deal with, having a priority on customer satisfaction, great packaging, and speedy shipping.

you want me to spend $550.00 on a 200DC tig/arc welder and you can not tell me the wire size

These are made up of 5AWG (16 sq. mm) wire.

I already have a lead for my unit. Is there any way to get a dinse 25 male connection for replacement? as mine has a much larger adaptor.
Unfortunately, we only sell these replacements as whole assemblies for safety reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What are the size welding rod (parts #) capable use on this holder?
We recommend using either 1/16 or 3/32 rods with this electrode holder.

Will this lead work on an amico 160 stick welder
We can not guarantee compatibility with a unit we do not sell. These were designed specifically with our units in mind. We can tell you that the connection end on this is a Dinse 25 male connector.

I have a tig 200. Mine doesn't have the spot to plug in the positive electrode lead for stick welding. I was wondering is there a screw on adapter that I can use on my tig torch port that I could hook the lead for stick welding?
If your welder does not have the outlet to insert the Stinger torch, than you welder is not designed for Arc welding. We do not have an adapter for this.

How exactly do i set up and use this attachment to arc weld with my acdc200 tig machine?(nondigital)
As long as you have the AC/DC with the ability to use stick you will just flip the switch on the face of the unit to Stick weld and then attach this to begin welding.

This would work on any welder designed to stick weld that also has a Dinse 25 connector.
