Eastwood 2K High-Gloss Clear Aerosol allows you to paint with the durability and precision of a two-component coating without the paint gun! Formulated with Eastwood proprietary technology to provide a long-lasting and durable finish, while keeping its beautiful finish for years.

Application Tips
Before activating, shake aerosol vigorously for 2 min. Take red button from cap. Turn aerosol by 180° and attach button to pin on aerosol bottom. Place aerosol on firm ground upside down. Press red button with the ball of your hand until stop is reached.After activating, shake aerosol again vigorously for 2 min. Pot life is 48 up to 72 hours at 68 degrees F.

Can it be wet sanded and buffed for bending purposes?
Yes, most clears can be wet sanded and buffed for appearance and blending. Most critical is to be sure that you have enough coats for this. A third coat for buffing would be optimal.

Can this be used over Eastwood OEM Select Basecoat Aerosol Can?

Is there a threshold on what temps I can use this in. It is winter where I live and my garage is not heated. I am guessing it is in the 40's most of the time in the garage.
Ideal temp is around 72F. In general we do not want to see this used in temps below about 60F.

Can the 2K clear be used on an outboard motor sprayed with OEM Evinrude paint?
As long as surface has been scuffed with a Scotch guard Pad (RED) then cleaned with a pre paint prep.

can the 2-k clearcoat be sprayed over the top of Rust-oleum acrylic enamel paint
I have not sprayed over Rust-oleum before.
The Clear coat should not affect the Acrylic enamel as long as you prepped everything and scuffed and cleaned the surface

What is the recommended stripper to remove this clear from aluminum?
Lacquer may remove it.
Otherwise we have a stripper on our website.

is the 2k clear coat solvent/paint thinner resistant?
I do not believe so as any chemical thinner will affect the paint somewhat.
