Application Tips
Clean surfaces of all contaminants. Abrade surface to be painted with a minimum of 320 grit sandpaper, working up to a 600 grit for maximum adhesion. Re clean surface. After shaking paint, mix 3 parts paint with 1 part activator. Use caution mixing materials as paint may begin to gel after 2 hours at 70°F. HVLP gun setting: 8 10 PSI, with a 1.4mm 1.8mm tip. This color is formulated to give complete coverage in 2 3 coats. Allow 10 minutes flash time between coats; should be tack free in 45 60 minutes, with full cure in 18 hours.

Excellent paint.
I paint just enough to be dangerous. This was my first use of single stage urethane. Results are excellent. A medium gloss is just what I wanted and it looks great. This 46 Ford will be hard to miss!

First time, and it was amazing
Amazing paint! I am new to painting, and this was the first ever car I’ve ever attempted. Fair to say it did not disappoint. Did this on my sons WRX, and it turned out incredible! High recommend.

Great paint
This paint sprayed great. I have not sprayed in several years, but I had no problems at all with it and the finished product looked great. The color looked a little different from what the online sample did, but that could be due to lookin gat it on a computer screen. But once i sprayed my truck, I loved the color.

Can I use this paint over lacquer primer?
Never paint any urethane over lacquer primer. It will bubble or peel eventually. No real reason to use lacquer primer anyway.
