Covers very wellPurchased this about 3 weeks ago after some consultation with an Eastwood associate. I used it to coat the Chinese catalytic converters I purchased. Being of Chinese steel and welds, you know it will rust and I wanted to curtail that as much as possible. The paint applied beautifully, just be patient and follow the instructions. Ran vehicle 20 minutes per instructions to cure. Had a slight residual smell, but baked off rather quick. See the pics for yourself.

Factory GrayI used this on my Vance & Hines Pro Pipe ( Harley) . I haven't gotten it hot yet, but I do like the color and the slight metallic appearing flake in there . I did had a Paint Shop with Booth do it for me, I only spayed the Collector , because the Headers are Wrapped in Titanium Wrap and Sealed.

do yourself a favor, get this!good product went on nice and easy! we'll see how it holds up to the temp
The engine my exhaust manifolds are going on is being rebuilt. It will be some time before the engine will be running. My question is can I bake these in an old oven after I coat them? If so what temp and for how long?
Asked by: JimL
We do not recommend curing these in an oven because of the fumes created when curing. This should be cured by running the vehicle only.

Will one can be enough for a set of factory manifolds for a 401 Nailhead or do I need two cans to properly coat them?
Asked by: Jackie27
Each can is sufficient to coat 2 standard cast iron manifolds or about 6 square feet. 2 cans recommended for header systems.
