Description
Eastwood Low VOC Urethane Activator is required for use with Eastwood's Low VOC Clears and the Eastwood Basecoat Clear coat system. The FAST activator (50308zp) is for use below 70 degrees F, the MEDIUM (50309zp) activator between 70 and 80 degrees F, or the SLOW activator (50310zp) for temperatures above 80 degrees F. Packaged in quarts.

mixed well, shot easy, laid well
I was prolly at or near the top of the recommended temperature for the medium activator at 80*F. Mixed it with the low VOC high solid clear, mixed clear:activator 4:1 as directed. I also added reducer (low VOC) at 1.5 parts after reading that some folks had issues with gun clogs. I had no issues. Laid down well. Any issues were the fault of the shooter (me) as a total noob or the gun, but again cuz I may not had set it up right. Clear cured well, looks great. I didn't expect to shoot a trailer-queen paint job, but the materials were easy to work with, and any fails were my fault.

One less thing to worry
I am happy with the product and being my first home spray it really helped. Easy to mixed and easy to work on the gun. Awesome

We have never tested our activator with other brand paints to say if they are compatible.

This activator should not be used with the Urethane primer surfacer.
