  • Eastwood Plastic Resurfacer Matte Black Aerosol
Eastwood Plastic Resurfacer Matte Black Aerosol is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 53.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not your Daddy's Spray Paint The ease of application was impressive, but the finished product blew me away. Filled in scratches nicely, and absolutely perfect coverage. Like any painting job, you MUST follow the directions, esp with cleaning & prep. Also important to remember that one coat ain't gonna do it. As it says on the can, use at least 2 coats. I used 2 light coats, then a final slow coat. Quite possible it'll outlive my motor. Only downside is you'll become addicted, looking everywhere for plastic trim to restore :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Awesome So I purchased the kit to take care of faded fenders on a 2004 TJ. Used cleaner as directed then sprayed on the re-surfacer. All I can say is wow.....Looked so good I resurfaced everything plastic on the Jeep! 14 Year old plastics never looked so good.If this really stuff really doesn't fade, you've just revolutionized auto detailing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really impressed by this. Wasn't sure what made it different from other products, but I found out after I tried it. Works beautifully, and I haven't seen anything else like it on the market.

I have a Chevy Avalanche and I'm tired of using wipe on products. 2 questions... How many cans would I need to refinish the cover panels and other plastic behind the cab? Is there a minimum temperature that keeps me from refinishing this time of year?

Asked by: RonP
Each can covers roughly about 8-10 sq. ft. It is not recommended to apply this product in a temperature less than 60F.

My 84 camaro was seriously damaged in a tornado, we are rebuilding it and the only source of interior parts is the junkyard, will this restore the sun-damaged black plastic back to the factory gloss while keeping the texture?

Asked by: mark
This Plasic resurfacer will restore sun damaged plastics- however it is a matte black finish not a gloss.

Will this trim resurfacer adhere better by first using an adhesion promoter designed for plastic (specifically Bulldog Adhesion Promoter) or will it adhere just as good without the promoter?

Asked by: David G
There is no need for Adhesion Promoter. Just clean the area with our Pre and you can apply the Resufacer.

Will this work on my interior black door panels and kick panels? Mustang GT convertible.

Asked by: Charlie B
This would not be recommended to be put on in the inside of a vehicle, I would recommend looking at one of our interior paints.
