Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fell down the hole. Second purchase, because it works so well, once you start you will do all the moulding and trim. 2008 F-350 SD. Started with windshield wipers cowling. Worked perfectly. Before it was almost white it was faded so bad. Now it looks brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome products I bought this product for my worn-out Plastics on my Nissan Xterra. I was a little hesitant with purchasing this because of all the other on the market which just Fade Out. But when I got the plastic resurfacer I was amazed and shocked at what it did and what it can do and I look forward to using it again on all my other Plastics I'm excited I give it a five-star

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable results This is the first can of the plastic resurfacer that I bought. I have since done several little projects with it, and it is almost impossible to distinguish the used resurfaced plastics from the new plastics. Definitely a great buy and a great tool to have around the shop.

After plastidiping my Toyota emblem which is on a black plastic rear cargo panel I used laquer thinner around the area and now have dull spots on the original plastic under the plastidip emblem. Is this a solution?

I have a vw beetle (new) 2006, dash is scratched and dull plastic how to prep and what paint to use?? It's plastic

Asked by: Denny68
If you are looking for a black finish, this resurfacer will re dye the surface for you for a lasting finish. If you are looking for an alternate color you want to use another paint such as interior paint: https://search.eastwood.com/search?w=interior%20paint. First apply a Plastic Adhesion Promoter:https://www.eastwood.com/adhesion-promoter-aerosol-14-75-net.html, wait about 15-30 minutes then top coat with your paint.

I want to repair scuff marks on the plastic side case of my motorcycle. All the applications that I see involve resoration of a large discolored or faded area. I wondered about wet sanding the scuffs and then using this product.

Asked by: jlevret
Unfortunately we have never tested using this product after wet sanding scuffs. However the area looks after wet sanding texture wise, is how it would look after spraying this product.

I have a Porsche 944 and I want to know if it will work on the rear spoiler that goes around the glass. the spoiler is like a firm rubber

Asked by: Ray10
Since this product has been through testing on plastics only it would be impossible to say 100% how this product would work on a firm rubber.

I have a pickup truck and need to do two full length running boards. How much areas does one can cover? Will I need one or two cans to complete this project?

Asked by: Swampdawg in VA
Each spray can will cover roughly 10 SQ FT. You'll have to take some quick measurements of the running boards to see what you will need.

I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler with the painted fiberglass hardtop. The top is black (faded) but I'm not sure how it's painted. Possibly some kind of epoxy paint. Has this product been tested on this surface?

Asked by: Mark
At this time we have only ever tested the resurfacer on plastic.

Will you be able to use typical plastic cleaners and armor all type products on treated surfaces? Is any special care required that differs from bare plastic?

Asked by: Wes1
While you can wipe typical plastic cleaners there really would be no need too as this product has be tested to 7 years of UV exposure and passes.
