Top Quality Metalforming MalletThis mallet is an invaluable addition to any serious metaworker's toolbox. When used in conjunction with Eastwood's Sandbag, they make metalforming a breeze. Lesser quality mallets from cheaper sources are made ith a High Density plactic head instead of Ultra High Molecular Weight that this mallet is made from. My only regret is that I did not just buy the entire 6 mallet set when ordering initially. The hadle is of very high quality, and the mallet works perfectly for forming bulges in metal or just lightly rounding sheetmetal panels. Once metalforming is completed, I use an English Wheel to smooth the panels out. This is also from Eastwood. I will definitely buy more products from Eastwood. Great tools, good prices, reasonable shipping costs, Stellar Customer Service.
