Eastwood Trim Anvil with Stand and trim hammerI bought the anvil along with the trim hammer and I was able to start removing dents and digs on my 1960 ford galaxie stainless trim I thought were imposable to get out. It takes time but you can get it done.

Gave it a 5 for its multi purpose use but..Great tool, me personally the base and holes should be larger but this really helps me with my brass details and intricate parts.. plus ive caught my wife using it for her jewelry she makes.. lol

Works GoodThis is perfect for trim work. One end is a tapered round end. And the other is a tapered square end. The center is flat, perfect for tapping out small dents. All in all great places to take out small dents or problems

Based on the other questions, and it only weighs 8 ounces, what keeps it from tipping and moving when you hammer on it if it isn't magnetic and you can't put it in a vise?
Asked by: 31Dodge
There are 2 small holes on the base of the anvil used for mounting to a fixture, and then easily removed when finished your project.

Can anvil be attached to a vise
Asked by: Dave99
There isn't anything about the design of this unit which would aid in clamping in a vice.
