A longer and larger flange mount to allow the 31158 Eastwood Fender Roller to be used on trucks and cars with larger (5" to 6") 5 & 6 lug bolt patterns and up to a 4.25" center hub. Simply remove two bolts from the 31158 Eastwood Fender Roller, switch to the Truck Adapter, replace the bolts and go.

The smallest this adapter will handle is a 5 X 127mm, The standard adapter which comes with the fender roller will accommodate a 5 X 100 pattern.

Will this fit a 5x5 (5x127) wheel with a 71.5 center hub? Why is the roller for the front only? Why does this adapter cost more than the entire roller?

This will fit a 5 by 5 bolt pattern and fits up to a 4.25 inch center hub. Reason for the front only is due to the rears of almost all vehicles being double walled.
