This advanced element is the essence of our filter. The special polymer that comprises this element absorbs moisture until complete saturation, which allows the element to decrease airflow to you pneumatic tool.
The element is designed to fit inside the filter and comes out so you can easily replace them with a new one. As long as the element isn't filled with other contaminants, you can let it dry and reuse it later. As with all of Fisheye Filter products, the replacements are made in the USA.

They work! They absolutely work, but the biggest downside is that if your compressor has any water in the lines, they get saturated really quick and you have to change them. I figured out that if I warm my garage up to get the humidity down, the air in the compressor doesn't condensate as much, and the filters last longer. I have also reused one with success. I had one blow a hole through the saturated filter as well. They change shape a bit once wet. I bought a large desiccant filter and now use these as a backup filter close to air tools and paint gun.
How many uses will I be able to get out of each filter?

There are too many variables that play in to determine this. This can vary.

The Details say "...you can let it dry and reuse it later." Can it be dried in an oven like desiccants? If so, at what temperature and how long?

This wouldn't need to be placed in an oven. Simply letting the item air dry will work.
