There are lots of way to use a bead roller, but if you’re doing complicated detail work on flat panels, a tabletop can make life easier. A great example is the new plate bead roller table from Eastwood designed by Jamey Jordan. Designed to fit Eastwood and most other plate-style bead rollers, it offers a versatile, stable work surface for a variety of projects.
The table top is made of polypropylene plastic and incorporates 1-inch reference marks for alignment and guidance. This material tough and durable, able to withstand years of shop use, but won’t mark soft metals like aluminum. Its pebbled surface also allows your work to glide effortlessly for precise movement.
The assembly, which is reinforced with a rigid aluminum frame, can be bolted to Eastwood’s plate-style bead rollers. It’s also been designed to be compatible with most other plate bead rollers in the marketplace.
