Nov 8-9, 2025 – Introduction to Metal Shaping (Level 1) with master fabricator Ryan Krause
- Overview: If you’ve ever wanted to learn the basics of metal shaping, this two-day class will kick off your skills. Students will get hands-on instruction on classic metal fabrication tools like the panel bag and mallet, English wheel, shrinker and stretcher, and more.Day 1 begins with metal shaping basics, forming a basic motorcycle fender from sheet aluminum. Day 2 finishes with more advanced shaping, forming a gas tank side from scratch. All tools and materials are provided and you’ll take your completed project with you.

Dec 13-14, 2025 – Metal Shaping (Level 2) with master fabricator Ryan Krause
- Overview: Take your metal shaping skills to the next level in this two-day class taught by Ryan Krause of Crucible Coachworks. Participants will get hands-on instruction in classic sheet metal fabrication using tools like the reciprocating power hammer, English wheel, bead roller, shrinker/stretcher, and panel beater bag and mallets.
Over the two days, you’ll create a complete body panel from scratch, starting with the design, wireframe and patterning process. You’ll then move on to layout, cutting and shaping.
