How to Use the Bead Roller Stencil Die

The die options for bead rolling sheet metal seems daunting, but the stencil die set is one of the most useful. Its universal functionality and ability to make precise patterns makes it a favorite of fabricator Jamey Jordan.

In this video, Jamey talks through the various uses for his Signature Series stencil die set from automotive projects to artwork. Developed exclusively for Eastwood, this set is made of Nylatron, a hard plastic than won’t mark soft metals like aluminum. He’ll also explain how to set the adjustable offset collets to achieve different results.
