Description
The Eastwood High-Capacity Tubing Bender is a serious metal shop tool capable of creating accurate, smooth, kink-free bends up to 180° in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and copper tubing, in sizes ranging from 3/4” to 2” with available Eastwood Die Sets.
The Eastwood High Capacity Tubing Bender Features:
- Form bends in up to 0.120” wall tubing
- Range of 11 available 120° and 240° dies for 1” to 2” diameter tubing
- Handles aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel and chromoly with ease
- Constructed of 0.60” and 0.45” solid steel plate for maximum strength
- Easy to store when not in use
Build roll bars, shop fixtures, go-kart frames and much more with high accuracy and professional results. We have added engineering details like solid brass bushings and a 5/8” steel frame to make sure it lasts for years.
Dies Handle and Stand are sold separately.
The Eastwood High Capacity Tubing Bender is capable of bending tubing from 1 Inch to 2 Inch OD of .120 Inch wall. Build anything from Headers a Roll Cage to a tube bumper with ease. Made to last with 0.60 Inch and 0.45 Inch steel plate. Degree ring and pointer included. Optional stand and 3 foot detachable handle for easy storage and setup. 11 different sized dies available.

Great addition to the shop
Bought this bender about 2 years ago. I don't do cages or fabrication for a living, but I do a lot of personal projects. So far this bender has built a cage for a Honda Talon, and Polaris RZR, a rock bouncer and 2 sand rails. Just keeps going and never fails to make the bend. 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2 inch dies bend .120 DOM with no problem.

Budget friendly
Great budget friendly bender for a beginner tube fabricator. I've had mine for a few years now and love it. Very easy to set up and use.

great bender for the Price
I bought this bender to fab a off road bumper with brush guard. The Bender worked great as long as you used chain lube between the dies. I did have a 2" die brake and I contacted Eastwood and they did a great job replacing it for me. I would recommend this bender for the DIY garage and look forward to using it on my next project.

It works fine but I've found it in ebay for half the price. It did require some modification to work properly.

Heavy Complicated and still sitting in the Box in my garage waste of money
The description was very fuzzy and I was only sold the bending mechanism I wasn't sold the handle I wasn't sold the stand and I paid $400 for it they've dropped in price in the 2 years since I bought mine but it's still sitting in a Box it's still sitting in a Box and I'm hoping that they make them a hydraulic machine for it because I've already got that much money involved in it go to rogue fabrication cause they're the same price and they make a better product F×ck this company they just want your money their customer service sucks too

Will other dies from different manufacturers interchange with this? I try to support Eastwood and wasn't paying attention when I ordered this bender, but you do not offer the size die I am needing. I will have to return if no dies interchange.
Can not recommend other manufactures diew with our unit.

Apparently the little kids in China don’t take pride in their craftsmanship. My dies are welded crooked and looks like something my 13 year old did his first time welding. Just put it together so hoping it doesn’t affect the bend.

will it bend schedule 40, 1" 1/4 aluminum pipe?
We recommend a maximum wall thickness of 0.12" and we do not have 1.25" dies so I would not recommend attempting this.

Will this bend 1.75" 6061 Schedule 80 aluminum tube?
It depends on the thickness - we rate this for .120" wall steel tubing, but with aluminum you could work a little thicker than that.

Is 1-1/4 die available? And also will this bend mild/chromoly D.O.M (drawn over mandrel) steel tubing?
We do not have a 1.25" set, sorry. Yes, they are great for chromoly DOM tubing.

This may be a dumb question but can the 240deg die do everything the 120 deg die can do? What is the reason for not just getting 240deg dies?
Yes. The main difference between the two is cost and weight, if you don't need bends greater than 120° you can save some money and effort swapping dies that way.
