Poor adheasiveThis was my first try at powder coating. I bought "one of everything" from Eastwood and finally got around to trying to powder coat some small items. I cleaned the parts and wiped them down with acetone but couldn't get this tape to stick to painted areas that I didn't want to powder coat. No amount of cleaning made a difference. The adhesive needs to be changed to something better.

would not recommendbought this tape because it was rated up to 500 degrees. I used this for high temp powder because it bakes at 450 degrees. It starts melting at 450 degrees. I found out the hard way.
