Description
The Eastwood HotCoat® Powder Coating Kit is the ultimate setup for achieving professional-grade powder coating results at home or in small shops. This versatile kit includes the HotCoat® PCS-250 Dual Voltage Powder Coating Gun and the HotCoat® Benchtop Powder Coating Booth Kit, delivering a comprehensive solution for clean, precise, and efficient powder coating.
The PCS-250 Powder Coating Gun operates on standard 120V household power and offers dual-voltage settings (15,000V and 25,000V) for maximum versatility. Its user-friendly design ensures even powder distribution with minimal overspray and includes a clear powder bottle to monitor color, level, and fluidizing action. Ideal for small parts and intricate details, this gun ensures consistent, professional results every time.
The Benchtop Powder Coating Booth Kit reduces cleanup time by capturing over 95% of powder overspray with a properly treated filter. Designed to convert a standard 20-inch box fan into a compact spray booth, the booth includes folding panels, hanging rods, and a durable frame that folds flat for easy storage. Perfect for small-scale projects, the booth keeps your workspace clean and organized.
Together, these tools provide everything you need to coat and cure small parts with ease. Backed by Eastwood’s 1-year warranty and lifetime U.S.-based customer support, this kit is a must-have for DIYers and professionals.

Questions & Answers
What is the model number of the pcs-250 gun
How long are the cables?
what size hose hooks to the gun ?
Do the 8oz bottles the powder coat comes in fits these guns?
Do you need a G4 filter for this? I can only find MERV rated filters and I am not sure if those are right. Also if the more available MERV filters work, which rating is best and do you still need to spray the Hot COat Tack Spray?
Has anyone tried using this dual voltage powder gun to powder coat lead cast projectiles? I've had decent success coating them using the wet method but this would be WAY simpler... IF it works better to coat leadcast projectiles
Would a small toaster oven work for curing or does it need a large house hold oven… I don’t have room in my garage for a large oven. Also don’t have an extra 220v plug. What temps does the oven need to hit?
Hi, to use this gun in Italy, do I need an adapter for European plugs? we use 220v here thanks
