House of Kolor VOC Exempt Reducers
House of Kolor VOC Exempt Reducers can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products--Kandys, Klears, and all Shimrin basecoats. They will not increase or decrease the VOC content of any product when they are added. VOC Exempt Reducers are not reactive reducers; therefore, they will not react with any coating. They are fast to medium-dry reducers that may be blended with other reducers to achieve different dry times.
