Like any other painting tool you will have to spend some time experimenting with various air pressures and spray patterns. Easy to figure out, well made with good support from Iwata. Everything here is positive. Go get one!!

can I use this gun to spray acrylic enamel?

I have used guns very similar guns to this one to spray acrilyc paint and the results were great. same nozzle tip and same air pressure on my guns, i don't see why this gun could not work just as well.

you would need a large compressor for this gun ?? 12 cfm at 28 psi . sound like a 220 volt compressor ...

Using our Scroll Compressor would be a perfect fit for this spray gun. The Item # is 31700. If your looking at regular Air Compressors you will need something with at least a 60 Gallon Tank and 3.7 HP. We offer Item #31437.

Since most sealers require a smaller tip size such as a 1.3 this gun would be perfect to use as a stand along sealer gun.

will this gun work with single stage paint and primer well or not.

Since this paint gun has a 1.3 tip it will be best at spraying colors and clears. Primers would not spray through this gun well as they generally require a larger tip.

Will this gun spray urethane

That depends on the type of urethane. This gun has a 1.3 tip which will spray urethane base coats and clear coats. It will not spray thicker urethane primers.
