The Eastwood No Weld Hole Repair Kit provides a quick, weld free solution to plugging 2 inch Dia. or less holes in steel, aluminum, fiberglass and plastic body panels while minimizing sanding damage and the amount of required surface preparation.

(2) 3in x 3in x 0.02in Flexible G10 fiberglass composite backer sheets, (2)3in long x 1/8in dia. Nylon retainer pins, (2) 3in x 5/8in Steel Retaining Clips, (2) Packets of Urethane Adhesive/filler

Safety Information

Wear protective gloves when cutting out damaged areas. Sharp edges can cause cuts. Wear protective gloves when trimming flexible fiberglass backing panels.Exposed glass fibers can cause cuts. Follow package directions carefully and wear disposable gloves when handling backer adhesive and use in a well ventilated area. The use of a NIOSH approved mask for respiratory protection is recommended. for use with exterior body panels only. Not intended for use in floor panels or structural areas.

Can you use the Urethane by itself to repair pin holesin sheet metal, and can you get a suplly of the urethane part only in addition to the kit with the backing material

Technically yes, the Urethane could be used alone but it works best as a kit. We only sell this as a whole kit and do not have the Urethane available separately.

Hello, I have holes in the A-pillar where the grab handle is fastened. I'd like to fill these holes and embed threaded nuts so that the grab handle could be re-mounted. Could this product do the job?

Unfortunately that you are going to have the stress on the handle pulling around bodyweight, your best way to repair this would be to weld in new metal, then add the countersunk nuts during that process.

i have a small bullet hole in drivers door less than 2 inches in diameter including rust.would this be something a novice like me could do? What would I do after this?

This kit will do up to a 2 inch hole, so as long as your hole in less then 2 inches you should be good.

This product will work for filling small holes in your truck, as long as they are no larger than 2 inches in diameter.
