Great tool
This bed lifter is a must for someone who doesn’t have four guys to help lift a bed off the frame. Its pretty well made and sturdy. Powder coated for protection.

One Man Easy Truck Bed Lifter
This is really a great product! Full size truck beds are heavy and it usually isn't easy (or convenient) to get a group of strong guys together to lift a truck bed.
I used this device with my cherry picker to install the bed on my full size '86 Chevy truck all by myself. The adjustments were easy to make and after a few tries, I found the balance point for the bed. I simply lifted the bed up nice and high, backed my truck under it, and lowered it into place. The price really isn't bad considering the convenience and safely it provides.

Will this work on a 1985 S10 bed?
Yes this universal lifting tool is fully adjustable.

Yes it will work on that style bed. They are made in the USA.

Will lift a knapheide bed or utility bed off a truck. About 1400 lbs.
This is designed to work with light-duty truck beds and we would not recommend using the heavier duty utility bed.

Can this be used to lift a Leer Camper shell?
Since this unit is designed to get under the lip of a truck bed to lift we are not sure if it will work on a camper shell.

Will this work for a 2005 DODGE 1500 Short bed?
This unit will certainly be able to remove any light-duty truck bed without any issues. It just doesn't work on trucks that have a bed with no lip on it.

What gauge Steel is this?
This is made from 2 gauges of steel. The center piece everything slides into is made of 16 gauge and the rest is made up of 14 gauge stainless.

Will it take off a 72 chevy long bed . What the load rating
This unit will certainly be able to remove any light duty truck bed without any issues. It just doesn't work on trucks that have a bed with no lip on it.

Will this work on a 1990 GMC stepside bed?
This will not fit a step side because there is no inner lip for the bracket to grab on to.
