Application Tips
The 5/16" ceramic nozzle allows you to run your blaster on 125 cfm at 80 psi. As the nozzle wears it requires more air and eventually, usually after 6 hrs use, requires replacement if your compressor output is limited. Larger nozzles require more air but work faster.

Good luck.
I’m guessing these parts were fine, but they didn’t fit my blast gun and were returned. The id of the nozzle is not important. It’s the of that critical and that is never mentioned.

Good product...more info. needed
I agree with the other reviewer, this product is of good quality and does what it is supposed to do, however I also had to go to the Black Beauty website to get the proper info. for selecting the right sized nozzle. A little more info. on the Eastwood website would have been nice. Good product and easy to make the purchase on the website.

What grit of sand should I be using for an 1/8 inch nozzle?
Abrasive media size used is not affected by your choice of nozzle. The media should be selected for the job you're working on (what you need to accomplish - stripping rust, paint, etc.). Nozzle size is more directly related to air volume, as moving up in nozzle size will have a great effect on how much air you'll need to supply the blaster in order to do the work.
