The forming die is very tight on the machine. Is there any tip or tricks to installing and removing the die without destroying it?
We apologize for any confusion but this is the design of this specific die. It is necessary for its function to be a snug fit. You can smack this on if needed with a rubber hammer or mallet and utilize a flat head screwdriver to help you "walk" this wheel back of after using it.

How does the polyurethane roller attach to the shaft on an eastwood 19" motorized bead roller?
This roller is a very tight slip fit. It will require a lot of pressure to push this onto the shaft.
