What is the angle of the rivet head? From the photo it seems to be 120° but I need to be sure of the value before selecting a dimpling tool.

The illustration is of a domed head rivet, not a countersink rivet. What do you mean about a "countersunk" box? Are you talking about the box, or the rivets?

What exactly is the length of he rivet with out the pin ?? Or is the 1/16 to 1/18 grip length the final length after the rivet has been pulled ??
