Color Coat™ is a specialty flexible coating formulated to restore or change the color of most vinyl surfaces, flexible and rigid plastics, carpet and velour. Color Coat is not a dye, but a fade resistant flexible and permanent coating.

Application Tips
For best results, use when can is 70°F. Clean surface with warm soap and water. Ensure surface is dry before painting. Hold can approximately 6-8†from the surface to be coated. Apply light “mist†coats allowing 5-10 minutes between coats. Several thin coats give a better finish than one heavy coat. Carpet and Velour: Spray one light mist coat and immediately brush in all all directions using a nylon bristle brush. Apply a second light mist coat and brush again.

Great Paint!
Painted my 1999 TJ Jeep's doors, dash and console. Totally amazed, it looks brand new. Used the vinyl prep. I would highly recommend this product.

Awesome Vinyl Paint -great on Tops Too!
This Landau paint is awesome! I have used this twice to spray faded convertible tops with great success . People ask me all the time if the top is new after I painted it.... Lol. I just smile and say yes it's new ! Great paint holds up great on convertible tops .

Worked Great!
Have used Eastwoods vinyl and plastic paints to change, or brighten existing interior components and have never been disappointed. I use the plastic promoter and all goes well. The can doesn't list dry times, or much else relative to using this product. Kinda makes you feel a little leery - but it worked out fine. Seems to stand up to medium use well. Used it on interior plastic, not the seats - where the wear is much harder. Flows on and covers well. Use light coats when spraying. Parts held vertically have a tendency to run, unless the coats are thin and dry time of at least an hour is adhered to between coats. Spray at temp of 70º or higher.

I had two pinholes, seat and backrest, on my Sportster that were barely noticeable, but as my girlfriend says.........I'm a fanatic. Repaired them both, results were great, but.......I go on your sight frequently, and glad I did. The results were terrific, better than new!

Can I use this to fill and cover a sun-damaged, cracked (to the point of missing pieces small pieces) leather/vinyl dash and would there be any relating to inhibiting airbag deployment? Is there another product that is better for this application?
Should not affect airbag deployment, do not overspray.

will your prouduct work on Faux leather headliner on my boat.
This would be able to be applied to faux leather with proper adhesion promoter and prep work- but we do not do any testing for Marine use so we would be unable to determine how well this would hold up.

This will not work for the vinyl top on your vehicle, however this will work for changing the color of your carpet.

Would this product work on the leather seats in my 2013 miata, I want to change the color from tan to black?
You will want to use the sem leather prep we carry and prep the surface. You can then certainly apply this to your leather seats.
