I wanted to paint my old dirt bike plastics, tank, fenders and side plates. Should I scuff them up and then use this? What paint should I use? I wanted to match the yellow 1980’s Yamahas.
This Adhesion promoter can be used and the paint of your choice applied directly on top. Unfortunately we will not have a color to match what you are looking for.

Repairing motorcycle plastic and some of the original paint is now sanded away. Can this be used on the scuffed paint and the bare plastic in one coat? After letting this set for 30 minuets do I need to wipe with PRE before applying the 2K Rat Rod paint?
This product can be used on bare plastic that is scuffed and does not need to be wiped down with pre.

Would this product be the proper to use in prepping a dash pad and/or shift console color change. Currently both items are black and I wan to change to a medium blue.
Any raw, unpainted plastic areas should have an adhesion promoter applied prior to any paint or primer. This ensures the best paint job to come.

I am painting 1955 vinyl arm rests. Do I need to use an adhesion promoter?
Adhesion Promoter is a good idea. Just prep the arm rest first, wash with Dawn dish soap and water, than when dry wipe it with Pre, dry, and let it gas off. Now you can apply the Adhesion Promoter.

I have a brown vinyl chair and ottoman that I would like to change to blue or possibly white. What products should I use? TIA
On Vinyl we would recommend using the SEM Vinyl prep part number 52055z to clean and slightly soften the substrate to accept the color. When it comes to color you can simply pick from one of the SEM Interior colors we sell. https://www.eastwood.com/paints/interior-dyes.html

I have to paint a restored 1950 Olds steering wheel. It is the factory highly metalic gray/blue, and the interior and dashboard will be high gloss black. Hence, the steering wheel will have to become gloss black. I need an endurable paint coating.
Of the products we offer the SEM Classic coat in black is the best bet for your project. https://www.eastwood.com/leather-and-vinyl-paint-aerosol-12-oz-black.html
