Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't by new trim. Paint it with trim black instead The Trim Black paint is a perfect match for black metal trim pieces and it does not chip off as other paint that I have tried. Painted the metal grill on the hood and trim around the windows on my Porsche and the pieces still look like new 2 years later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need this! This is one of those little but important items that makes your car look finally finished. It works as advertised, and matches factory finishes. Make you wiper arms, trim panels, etc. look new again; quickly and easily. Great value for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage, clogged valve within a few seconds It must be some kind of rule that the most expensive specialty paints are also the crappiest. I've sprayed bomb cans with a high degree of proficiency for decades. It was shaken like crazy for many minutes. It was sprayed on a mild 70 degree day, but still it clogged and started shooting spurts within a few seconds. Inverted, tried to clear it, nothing. Tried clearing the nozzle with acetone, got a few more splatters then nothing. Now I get to spend the rest of the day cleaning my project and shooting it with a $5 can from the home store like I should have to begin with. Fun times...

Technically you could apply over each surface without a primer. What we would recommend though is a high build primer to allow you to block sand the body filled areas nice and laser straight.
