I have MRT aluminum Louvers that are powder coated, will this product work and is there any special preparation needed?

Yes, you could use this for the application in reference. First scuff up the surface with 400-600 grit paper, clean and degrease it and apply this over the top.

This will work, however a better product to apply on your fenders would be Eastwood's Plastic Resurfacer. This was designed for just this application.

I am replacing the convertible top on my MGB. Can I use this over your rust encapsulator? and, Will the contact cement for the top have any issue adhering to the paint?

The Sem Black Trim paint can be applied over our Rust Encapsulator. However we can not guarantee that that your contact cement will not have an adverse reaction with the Sem Trim Paint as we have not tested using this procedure.

Yes, this can certainly be applied to a steel surface without an issue. Technically you could apply over each surface without a primer. What we would recommend though is a high build primer to allow you to block sand the body filled areas nice and laser straight.
