Does it fit Lincoln welders too ?

We can not verify for any brand other than our own. However as stated this is designed for use on Tweco style torches.

I have a Miller Multimatic 215 --- can I use this with it?

We have never tested with that machine. We do know it fit thread on Tweco style torches with a 21 series nozzle.

Will this fit on the MP250i welder

This Spot welding kit is made for our Mig 135 and the 175. Unfortunately it will not fit the MP 250I.

Do you recommend using 13901 for use in welding in new firewall panel on 1930 Ford

This would be a great tool as long as you can get the Pliers to hold both sides of the metal. Important thing to remember when welding panels together, with this type of weld, is your metal has to be pushed very tightly together to produce a good strong weld.
