Especially useful clipped onto a ball cap.
Hi,
I really bought this because it had a clip-on feature so I can attach it to the brim of my ball cap.
It's bright, and I've yet to see it run out of juice.
It also has the smartest button interface I've ever seen. It starts on the lower brightness setting, and then if you push it a second time it switches to the higher brightness setting.
That way you eyes don't get blinded by the higher beam strength before you go to a lower [more economical of battery life] setting.

Works great, but not a spot-light.
It works as advertised, and I am pleased with it, but it is aimed downward, so it's great for doing fine detail work like rebuilding a carburetor or building a scale module, both of which I have used it for. It's just not ideal as "spot-light" for "under-hood" work. It's bright enough and very light-weight, so you forget you even have it on. I would buy it again.

How many LED lights are there on this item?
Since this is a COB LED light there aren't separate visible LED lights. It is simply one board which lights up and produces up to 180 Lumens.
