Would this take off a crankshaft pulley ?
If by crank shaft pully you are referencing the Harmonic Balancer, It is not recommended to use a 3 or 4 jaw outside puller to remove it as you can tear the rubber dampening material. You will need a Harmonic Balancer Puller such as the Rockwood 45 piece Harmonic Balancer Puller #31590..
