Description
Now there's a better way to rustproof your car. This durable undercoating system is ideal for applying Heavy Duty Anti-rust and Rubberized Undercoating.
- Applies direct from the adjustable gun nozzle
- 24" long by 7/16" diameter flexible wands
- Straight or 90 degree spray tips
- One year manufacturer's warranty
Flexible wands are perfect to rust proof the inside rocker panels, inner fenders & other closed box sections. Undercoating is easily sprayed from the attached gun nozzle (extension wands not recommended for spraying undercoating) Requires 40-60 psi @ 5-6 cfm.
This durable Undercoating system is ideal for applying Heavy Duty Antirust and Rubberized Undercoating. Applies Heavy Duty Antirust direct from the adjustable gun nozzle, or replace the nozzle with one of the 24" long by 7/16" diameter flexible wands with straight or 90 degree spray tips to rust proof inside rocker panels, inner fenders & other closed box sections. Undercoating is easily sprayed from the attached gun nozzle (extension wands not recommended for spraying undercoating).

Simple and Functional Undercoating Spray Gun
Worked excellent to get the internals of my new frame fixes coated in rust proofing paint. I had precoated them, but burned some off during welding process, so I used this to get them good with the multi-directional hose. Got all bulkhead areas really good with the one-direction hose. Also used that for small areas that got missed when we brush coated. Easy to use, clear instructions, and easy to clean up with appropriate thinner. Got it ready for the next vehicle in the spring!

Undercoating gun
The gun worked great,, I must admit I didn't use it on my Malibu but on our above ground garden,, built a 10 X 4 foot planter. Used it to coat the inside of the planter to help preserve the wood on the inside of the planter.
I am restoring a 79 Malibu and I will use it to undercoat the wheel wells. The gun sprays nicely.

Undercoating gun and hose kit
The gun didn't work as described. I called Eastwood and am waiting for a replacement gun. Happy that it's being replace but not so happy that I had to spend $13.00 to ship it back. I guess if the replacement works I'll be ok.

Not so good
The can on the gun is very chintzy, without a hose attached it works fairly well, but the 360 spray nozzle is worthless, no material comes out

Will the gun and wands work with woolwax?
The gun itself should be fine, but the product would be too viscous to spray through the wands properly.

as long as the spray tips ar 1.4 or above it will be fine

No, this does not work well with RE Plus, sorry.

Any standard "Quick Disconnect Coupler" system will work with this.

Will extension tips for pro undercoating gun work with this one?
The Pro Undercoating extension wands will not work with this undercoating gun. At this time we do not have a replacement but will work on getting them available.

Can this be used to apply grease such as lubriplateGear Shield Extra Heavy to open gears?
We have never product tested this item for grease application and we would recommend against it.
