Simple and Functional Undercoating Spray GunWorked excellent to get the internals of my new frame fixes coated in rust proofing paint. I had precoated them, but burned some off during welding process, so I used this to get them good with the multi-directional hose. Got all bulkhead areas really good with the one-direction hose. Also used that for small areas that got missed when we brush coated. Easy to use, clear instructions, and easy to clean up with appropriate thinner. Got it ready for the next vehicle in the spring!

Undercoating gunThe gun worked great,, I must admit I didn't use it on my Malibu but on our above ground garden,, built a 10 X 4 foot planter. Used it to coat the inside of the planter to help preserve the wood on the inside of the planter.
I am restoring a 79 Malibu and I will use it to undercoat the wheel wells. The gun sprays nicely.

Undercoating gun and hose kitThe gun didn't work as described. I called Eastwood and am waiting for a replacement gun. Happy that it's being replace but not so happy that I had to spend $13.00 to ship it back. I guess if the replacement works I'll be ok.

Not so goodThe can on the gun is very chintzy, without a hose attached it works fairly well, but the 360 spray nozzle is worthless, no material comes out
The most efficient way to apply FLUID FILM in its bulk form is with the use of standard airless paint spraying equipment or an undercoating gun such as FFSG. You would need to check with the Manufacturer of Fluid Film.

Will the gun and wands work with woolwax?

The gun itself should be fine, but the product would be too viscous to spray through the wands properly.

Will extension tips for pro undercoating gun work with this one?

The Pro Undercoating extension wands will not work with this undercoating gun. At this time we do not have a replacement but will work on getting them available.
