This kit fabricates Push Connect 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8”; GM Fuel Line Flare, Brake Lines and Transmission 5/16 and 3/8”; Flare/Double Flare 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2”; Metric Bubble Flare 4.75, 6, 8, and 10mm. Comes in a custom molded box. (patent # 5,782,128)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A need-have There’s not a week that goes by that this kit doesn’t make itself worth every penny. Whether you’re repairing lines, or creating new ones. This kit is the end for every metal line you’re working on. Not only can you use the kit for what it’s designed for, but you can use it to create nipples and stops for rubber lines like power steering return, vacuum, accessory coolers and chassis fuel on carbureted cars. This is the most worth-it, and fun kit I have ever bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest since sliced bread This is my second time buying this tool, gave my 8 yr old first one to my friend who 2 yrs later is still using it today, this tool CAN be used under the car with ease, its not hard to develop a technique I've been very happy with this tool, and maybe in another 8 yrs give this one away and buy myself another new one, it just doesn't wear out, my first one still has all the original pieces still in great shape and used quite often ....

I have every kind i can make a flare in seconds yes seconds its very simple to use and i made my money back in about 5 uses. Because it cut my time in half. Its Awesome. THANKS mastercool and eastwood for selling it at a great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from superb tool This tool works fantastic. With a little practice in when to stop pumping it takes little skill to make great flares. That said the tool is large and hard to get the dies lined up perfect, so the tool is mostly for bench work not up under the car. Not that you can't, its just very hard.

This toll works on Aluminum, Steel and Nickle copper lines. It will produce the following flare types for the sizes listed: GM Fuel Line: 5/16" and 3/8" Single/Double: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" Metric Bubble: 4.75mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm

Do you sell the 37 degree flare pieces for this set?

You can buy the 37 degree set to go with it, I now use mine for almost any application Ac and Brake, Fuel etc

Why is this tool not for Stainless?

MasterCool Tech agrees it is not for stainless. Doesn't seem 'right' for the cost of this tool. Tech did tell me it can be done if you Fully Anneal the S.S. Tubing. So, heat the end of the tubing with a torch to soften it. 'Thin wall' S.S. Tubing is best for flaring. Maybe someone with experience can better inform this topic. T.Y.
