Is this product plottable or can it be cut on a vinyl cutter like a Graphtec or Cameo 4?

Unfortunately the manufactures literature does no reference the plot ability of their Polycoat Blue Masking Paper. You may want to contact the manufacturer US Chemical & Plastics Co. at 1-330-830-6000 or [email protected] to obtain the specifics of there Blue Polycoat Paper as it pertains to your request.

Is this stuff the same or better than Sticky Mickey?

Sticky Mickey has a sticky back to it and was designed for making patterns, such as flames...
The masking paper does not have an adhesive backing to it. This is used for masking off the window area and other spots that are not going to be painted. It also is much heavier than the Sticky Mickey.

Can this masking paper be baked in an oven? If so, what temp & time?

This paper could only be used on the heat cycle of and automotive paint booth which hits a max of 140F. This is not to be used for powder coating.
