How do I remove and replace both the inside and the outside protective lens covers on my newly purchased item#20189 EXTRA LARGE VIEW WELDING HELMET.

There is a reverse tab on the bottom section on both the front and back lens. You can access this with a thumb, or even a flat head screwdriver if necessary- but the lens itself will pop right our and back in.
