Where is it actually produced? I do not want to dogpile on China but a lot of the stuff coming out of there is not good.

This vise is indeed made in China, but by a reputable supplier that Yost has been partnered with for many years now. For the price, you'll be hard pressed to beat this vise it is stout for general use and reliably makes a couple thousand pounds of clamp force.

Great idea on this vise. Perfect would be removable jaws.
Can regular serrated jaws be installed? PN of some serrated jaws that would fit?

We don't offer serrated jaws separately right now, but what you could do is get the Yost 445 (#56411) and the MV-5 jaw kit (#67351) that this vise has will bolt right up to it.
In the future we may consider offering the serrated jaws separately.
