The 2 inch steel post fits in a 3/4 inch round hole. The 2 1/4 inch x 1 inch x 1/4 inch dog plates rests on top of your workbench. The Bench dog is used in conjunction with a vise dog for securing your work. This is our most economical Bench dog.
