Can Zybar be applied to the inside of exhaust manifolds and headers.

ZYBAR coating can be applied to both the inside and outside substrates of exhaust systems components to provide increased corrosion protection and heat management. However, please follow the instructions on the interior application.

Is zybar good for coating the valves, exhaust ports on a cylinder head, and pistons?

NO. Zybar Thermal Dissipation Coating(54432Z) is rated as an exhaust system only coating with a protection rating of 2000 degrees. This product is not recommended as in internal engine coating.
