Add these 37-degree Flare Dies to our Pro Brake Tubing Flaring Tool so you can do even more.
Put 37-degree flares on 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" tubing
7 punch sizes, turret-style
4 die blocks
Add more versatility to your 25304 Professional Brake Tubing Flaring Tool with the Eastwood 37 Degree Flare Die Set. While the 25304 is designed to produce 45-degree flares, this 37-degree flare tool allows you to create another fitting size. This flare set is a great fit for many custom, hydraulic and military applications where AN- or JIC-type fittings are more commonly used. Whether you use it for custom plumbing on a street rod, line-fitting on a hot rod or another automotive restoration project, you’ll find that it produces incredibly precise results quickly and easily.
Simply use the included four die blocks to convert your 25304 so it can create 37-degree flare fittings. This flare set also comes with seven punch sizes (turret-style) as well as detailed instructions for using the 37-degree flaring tool on 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" tubing.
Works with the 25304 Professional Brake Flare Tool.

Great Addition to the Professional Brake Line and Tubing Flaring ToolThe Eastwood brake flaring tool (# 25304) has been a staple for my workshop. The 37 degree die set has expanded its capability. Granted, I don't use it as much as the 45 degree set, but it does come in handy.

Great AN Flare tool - needs a plastic box! This is an awesome addition to the 45% flaring tool I have. Perfect for AN fittings. Although I still find some confusion on whether you should single or double flare for AN on a brake pipe. Perhaps Eastwood could clear that up! Also this needs a proper plastic box for storage!!!!!

PerfectPerfect in every way. Typical Eastwood. But could use a storage container, it comes in a paper box.
Can I use these dies to make a single flares? as opposed to a double flair.
Asked by: Murlin
This should be more clearly explained in the instructions. They should also sell the 45 degree turret head if you buy the 37 kit based on the lying description that says you can make 37 sand 45 degree bends. Good tool but sorry instructions and customer service.

Can I buy the 45 degree dies as a set like this? I already have the tool and 37 dies. I don’t want to buy a whole other kit for just the dies.
Asked by: TomSiz
Unfortunately, we do not offer the 45 degree die set as a separate item at this time. It will come with the tool itself #25304 upon purchase.

Does this work with metric - 8mm - pipe? I understand 5/16 is approx. 7.9375mm so very close but can you confirm if it will work? thanks
Asked by: kevin
This unit is not designed to work with an 8mm pipe. The sizes are very close but to create a proper flare you'll want a tool designed for it. Our Hydraulic flare tool can create ISO flares on 8mm.

Hello, has Easton addressed this issue in the ~9months since this question was raised? ? I find myself in same situation where I bought the tool with 45deg turret/dies, but now need the 37deg turret/die set.
I note that a similar tool sold by the competition DOES come in a larger case that holds both 45deg & 37deg turret/die sets, so it IS POSSIBLE to resolve this: Can Easton at least provide option to sell the 37deg turret/die together with either a case to hold the turret/dies, or a larger case that will hold the tool plus both types of turret/die sets?? As a consumer, it seems not reasonable to spend $150-$200 on main tool with 45deg turret/dies, PLUS additional $100 for optional 37deg turret/die, and have to accept that one set of turret/dies will lie around unprotected in the garage/shop for 20+ years. This is not consistent with Easton's reputation as a supplier of high_quality/long_life tools. Can you provide your existing customers with options that address this obvious deficiency?

Will this ever be available with the tool rather than having to spend extra money on the 45° set that I’ll never use?
Asked by: Kc27
We currently do not have any plans for it. However, we can pass this along to the product development team to look into possibly doing.
