Guarantee a perfect flare every time by deburring the rough-cut end of the tube with this handheld metal smoothing tool. The first step to flaring a custom brake or fuel line is having perfectly clean ends before you start. With this tube deburring tool, you can clean up the inside diameter of any sized line from 1/8-inch to ½-inch and the outside diameter of any sized line from 5/32-inch to 9/16-inch. It has high-stretch steel cutting blades with an inner deburring blade on one end and an outer deburring slot on the other. The retractable inner blades make it safe to store in your toolbox between uses.

Works on all common metal hard lines

Deburing stainless linesVery nice deburing tool. The large handle makes it easy to use. The cutting tips unscrew. Im not sure if replacement tips can be purchased? Sometimes the outer deburing edge unscrews while using the inner tool. I'm happy with the quality of this tool. I use it with stainless lines very easily.

Excellent deburring tool.Must have for flaring tube. Well made and designed. Highly recommend.
Though it is not the intended purpose, but can this be used to clean up threads on a screw or bolt?
Asked by: ksalkeld
The Deburring tool is not a tool designed for cleaning up threads on a bolt. We do offer a tool called the Thread Wizard, comes in SEA and Metric.
