Product Overview:

Description

When you can bend tubing "kink-free", you avoid wasted time and money!

Get your vehicle plumbing up to speed without the need for fancy machinery by using this Eastwood tubing bender and pliers kit. Normally, if you try to bend a brake, fuel, transmission or A/C line by hand, you kink the tube — and if you try to align or form the line by hand, you kink the tube, too. Since you're tired of wasting that time and money, let Eastwood end your frustration with our hand Tubing Bender and Forming Pliers Set. When you can bend tubing "kink-free", you avoid wasted time and money.

  • Pliers and Bender both bend 3/16" and 1/4" tubing
  • Bender also works on 5/16" and 3/8" tubing
  • Aligns, bends and adjusts
  • Comfort-grip vinyl handles

With a bender and pliers kit, you can create fresh lines with up to 3/8-inch tubing or repair and adjust your current lines. The comfort-grip handles reduce fatigue so you can get more done in an afternoon or evening at the shop. Add our single/double tubing flaring kit and you’ll have everything you need for premium brake lines. Visit the Eastwood Garage for our complete tutorial on how to make your own brake line or call the guys in the shop for expert DIY advice seven days a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great tool This tool makes line making easy and efficient. No kinking as the tubing is supported in the bend. Add in the hand bending pliers to angle the end of a line and you can make anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tubing benders I've been looking at these for years and the bend pliers game changer for tight bends right out the nut for tight engine compartment. Can't wait to redo junk lines on a couple truck with drum brakes where the spring pack is tight

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eastwood Tubing Bender and Forming Pliers Being new at replacing hydraulic brake lines I thought that bending the line to follow the OE install would be hard. I used coat-hangars as a template and the bending tool and had good results. Sometimes I had to think about the direction of the bend in relation to the plane of the car. My mind had trouble orienting the line in the tool relative to the spatial position in the car. I just went slowly and triple checked before bending. I would not try and bend line by hand given the ease of use of this tool

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tubing bender works great I bought the tubing bender for making 3/8” fuel line for my ‘62 Galaxie. Worked ten times better than the el cheapo tool I had been struggling with.

Will both of these bending tools work for copper and other soft metals without producing any kinks?

Asked by: Brandon
The tubing bender is rated for Copper and Aluminium, as well as regular steel lines. Be sure to use some lube. on the tubing where it will contacts the bender. The forming pliers will work as well but you will need to fineness the bends.

What are the radiusses that this tool can bend? You should spec that... Also, can a 3/8 tube be bent / would it fit on the smallest radius option? Thanks

Asked by: Toolboy
The largest line size will have a minimum radius of 1.5" and the smallest will have a minimum radius of .92". 3/8 will not fit on the smallest option.

Will these work with metric sizes like 4.75MM ? If not, is there a metric set available?

Asked by: Bobby451
This tool will work with a metric size as long as they have a very close standard equivalent that this tool can do.
